The Ogre is even more rare than the Chimera (Careful I mean Chimera in general not the hight end version). When you want to trade weapon your mate has to open a play, you then arrive then drop whatever you want and just pushing on your Xbox button to come back to your Xbox menu, as it didn't save you still have your gun and so does your mate that is still online.

nvm i forgot that ogres also have the bonus +% dmg.
Even with 1 proficiency this Rifle is still very good, what ever your character is (got the 4 characters done at 50 and got the ogre just before that one on my hunter)), whatever mod you're using, it's the best machine gun I know (didn't find the Draco one yet). It's only limitation is against BadAss from crimson but as said before they are others guns to quickly get ride of them.
The Bastards have higher damage but are quite slow in general.
If you can't be happy with this machine gun play with modded weapons when you still can.

It is great rifle for sure but I guess I am a little impatient building up my proficiency with rifles as I done as so with shotguns and pistols.
Weird thing happened just last night playing online (gunslinger mode) and doing my thing as usual, stand off to the side and come into play when the going is challenging. The Soldier (lv 49) I was mated with stops and drops the ever elusive swift chimera. In fairness I dropped off my orgre smash rifle. Mistake?? maybe.....
have one but with my low proficiency (01) with rifles it is not so good (hunter charactor so snipes and handguns are best). Have one of those 'bastard' rifles as well 312 damage i recall about 8 fire rate..
Yap those are really rare as rare as the Dark Orange S&S Machine Gun.
The gun you are referring to is the S&S Draco (referring to the fire-breathing dragon), which does additional elemental fire damage. I personally have never seen one spawn. Even if you did create the weapon as a game legal model, utilizing the title schema 'Draco', the title is still glitched and doesn't appear!
I heard it does appear, but not as the Draco and without orange rarety, making it difficult to find... alway wanted that gun...
Oh my god! Now, that is a combat rifle!
