Until now most of the time
Until now most of the time (few exceptions) I'll always get a 2nd Cyan couple of runs later (can go up to 20 more runs).
I just kill the 2 last BadAss before the Armory's stage only and if only they're is the Lance chest, I don't open de Midget Lance Chest.
So if this is your first cyan since a very long time you should get another one soon.
