How to duplicate guns and items in Borderlands!!

What you need to do is go to anyones game and wait for the auto save icon to come up in the upper right corrner of the screen. Once this happens drop any items or guns that you want to duplicate. Now go to the xbox 360 dashbord. Now with that same character you used to duplicate you items with go into any game (single player works) and you should still have all the items you droped.
You can not do this when your the host of a game because when you leave it will end the game therefor loseing all the items that you droped and you need at least one other player in the game in order for this to work.

Duplicating the easy way. . . and would you like a shield mod?
when there is more than one person in the group, you can duplicate a weapon for another person. drop your weapons you wish to duplicate. have a friend pick them up and then have them run to an auto save or a new you station. when saved, have them drop the weapons you dropped. then boot them from the game and re invite them. you can them pick your weapons back up and when your friend gets back the weapons will be in his inventory as well.
I have a shield mod that will never run down making you completely invincible. YOU WILL NEVER DIE!!

I used this to transfer items to my other characters too, even legendary ones.
