Has Borderlands Gone To Cel-Shaded Graphics?

Cel shading is awesome, photo realistic doesn't do it for me, they wanted this to run smoothly online at 30 frames and this will achieve that, I'm all for it. In fact I wish more companies did this. With so many people with bootleg internet online, it makes me question why I pay for a premium cable hookup, these fool lag all over the map etc, and in this game at least they won't. I like the art, it reminds me of a mix between old mobius, tank girl and heavy metal. Valkyria Chronicles used a similar system, and that game is incredible.

I like the art, too.

If the cel-shaded-esque helps decrease lag, I wish they did it with Halo 3.

I used to be a hater of the graphics but I stopped to think about it and now I know that its the perfect choice. Thumbs up to Randy and the Gearbox team.

I personally think theres waaaaaaaaaaay to much emphisis nowadays on how realistic a game can look.

like when you play Rainbow six vegas 2, It actually looks like your shooting a real person in the face, turn off,

Borderlands is perfect, It doesnt really take itself seriously on certain aspects, it just focuses on giving gamers the funnest experience of all time,

which has been accomplished, Bravo Gearbox

i think the game would look gay if it were realistic. the graphics fit the humorous tone

the graphics for this game suck so bad i can't even play it.

first of all the graphics are keeping you from playing it their actually good once u play it and that is only your opinion and my opinion is they are very good. 

In my experience , and I have tried a lot of things , the Drupal implementations platform is the best out there , the best content management software , easy to use great customization power and user friendly interface.
